UT - Hyde Park - Rosedale

Nearest the University of Texas, these leafy neighborhoods feature homes mostly from the 1920's to the 1950's.  The northern reaches of this area feature lots of infill new construction cottages and large homes.  Rosedale is popular for 1930's and 40's cottages from the upper 400's while Hyde Park offers some of the grandest homes from the early 20th century.  Highland and Ridgetop are more affordable and eclectic.
